Fun At The Park

A couple of weekends ago, I helped my in-laws during their move by playing with my niece and nephews (and let's face it, that is by far the funnest job that one can be assigned during a move). Saturday, we went to the park a few blocks down the street where the kids primarily rode their bikes around and played with some new friends (including a game of fetch with a very cute, friendly pup). It was a lovely day and there was just enough of a breeze to make the outside heat bearable. Sunday, after church, we enjoyed more playtime at their house which is equipped with toys, games, and movies. So needless to say, we did manage to keep ourselves quite busy that afternoon as well. And it shouldn't be a big surprise that this big kid wore herself out and slept like a baby that weekend!
