Still trying to get over this respiratory virus, but doing much better; the congestion is mostly gone and coughing is at a minimum. I still have a few minor spasms at night, but I think I'm on the mend for the most part. Scott contracted Strep Throat and has been on antibiotics since Friday. I really hope that I don't have to make any more trips to the pharmacy because I do not want to wait more than an hour. Seriously, More than an hour and a half wait on two different days of the week during two different time periods.
It's been an interesting couple of weeks on top of the health issues. I've been helping out with a different project than what I normally do last work and have had to completely change my schedule, which has thrown me off my game. I usually listen to various radio shows and news programs during my work day, but have not been able to since I spend all of my time in the phone. So, I feel disconnected from the world and find myself staying up late to get any social interaction I can get. If I were more tired when bedtime arrived, it probably wouldn't be a big deal. I also had been housesitting for my neighbors, taking care of their dog, guinea pigs, and fish during the day. Any kind of scenery change also tends to throw me for a loop at first. Now that they are back, I may need to find my groove back at my own home during the day.
Other than not knowing what day of the week it is, I guess I can honestly say things are fine. General Conference was good and we're keeping up with the erradic weather patterns ( you know, the ones where you find yourself bundling up with the heat in the morning and stripping down to your knickers with the a/c on in the afternoon?) Here's to a great week.
