It's Starting Again!

So, we're starting to get more medical bills rolling through. Some are supposedly bills from awhile ago that were "overlooked" (even though I had never seen them come through to begin with) and some from my recent doctor's visits for the Bronchitis. And on April 22, we found out that Scott's health coverage ran out April 1 (so lovely to be informed in a timely fashion!). There are several different options for his COBRA payments and I'm not sure which one to take and of course, I cannot get anybody in the benefits department to call me back. Who says Union benefits are the best? You get the service that you pay for, which is none! I wish that instead of having the employers pay into an account, the union would give the money directly to us and let us choose our own health care. I could use that money to pay for Scott's premiums through my coverage, which is a lot better than the union coverage. And, we also found out that Scott may not have a job in a couple of weeks as the current job he is on is wrapping up and the company does not have anything else lined up. So, please pray for us, especially for me as I feel like I'm slowly going insane...

P.S. - I fell in love with the Blackberry Pearl phone and have come to realize that I cannot have it unless I want to spent $30 more a month on email and Internet for it (it is a mandatory package with Verizon).
