Same Old, Same Old

I really don't know why I have this blog, I never really have anything new to report. I typically work all day, study all night, eat, sleep, rinse and repeat. I took a couple of months off of school to relax and save up some money to pay off a tuition bill and did not do anything exciting. The only thing I can really report on is what and how I'm doing in school, updates on Scott's job and fun little moments with my cute little niece and nephew.

Let's see, we recently saw the newest Indiana Jones movie. It was good; it was everything I expected it to be...Indy is old and I did not expect him to move quite as quickly as he did 30 years ago. So to everybody who had high hopes for this movie, move on! Shia did especially well, I thought and I'm excited for his next movie, Eagle Eye, to come out. We'll probably see Ironman and the second Narnia movie soon too.

Let me just say that I am so proud of myself! I have brought my lunch to work for almost a month now. I cannot even begin to tell you how much money I have saved in dining out! I have even saved a little money in gas because I don't drive around on my lunch break. As long as I keep our refrigerator and cupboards stocked, I think I can keep it up. I have also kept myself to a fairly strict schedule during the week that has enabled me to get up early when my alarm goes off, get an adequate amount of study time in, and a little bit of leisure time to play games online or posts unimportant blogs. I've started week two of this schedule and I hope that I can keep it up because once I poop out, I'm out for the count.

Scott has set his sites on a new house project (even though our current bathroom project is not finished, LOL). He is designing a custom entertainment center for us. I told him that he has plenty of time to perfect the design while I save up the money for the materials. Oh yeah, I've been putting a little bit of money aside with each paycheck and have limited my extra-cirricular spending. Yay for me!
