I guess I need a constructive way to alleviate my stress because, apparently, I'm brining other people down. When I get stressed, I vent and the more stressed I get, the more I vent. So, here I am trying this whole blog deal in hopes that by writing my thoughts down somewhere, I can come up with ways to better cope with stress any perhaps even strategies on how to eliminate stress. I guess we'll see how that works out. I also figure that it couldn't hurt to have one more way to keep my family and friends informed of what is going on in my life...at least the ones who care. Truthfully, sometimes I think that beating the crap out of somebody would be a good way to start out, but somehow I don't think this would be a good idea in the long run.
